Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days prior to reservation arrival will result in no refund of deposit.
Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more prior to reservation arrival will result in a $50 cancellations fee deducted from the security deposit. If the reservation is moved to a later date no penalty will be applied to the deposit.
NO REFUNDS ON SITE FEES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Departures without a 30-day notice will result in an early departure fee of $200 (not to exceed the amount of security deposit) (circumstances of departure may be considered as exception).
