Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days prior to reservation arrival will result in no refund of reservation fee.
Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more prior to reservation arrival will result in a $50 cancellations fee deducted from the reservation fee. If the reservation is moved to a later date no penalty will be applied to the reservation fee.
NO REFUNDS ON SITE FEES, OR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Departures without a 30-day notice will result in an early departure fee of $200 (not to exceed the amount of reservation fee) (circumstances of departure may be considered as exception).
