This is an RV park not a hotel. Rv pads are concrete with water, sewer, and electricity. They have a large club house with an exercise room, laundry and showers. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Alot of people spend the winter here to escape the cold north weather.

We very much enjoyed this park. Clean, quiet and friendly. Many activities for people to join into.
We only stayed a month. We would have stayed longer but there wasn’t no availability for a month.
We will love it here!

We come here year after year during the winter months to escape the cold. We love the pool, hot tub, dog park, pickleball, Mahjong, and most of all the people. One thing they need to improve is their internet.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!! The staff here are incredibly friendly, competent, and have great discernment. I have a disability and they are beyond accommodating for my needs. As you can see from the photos, dogs love it here, also. Everyone is a respectful pet owner. The saltwater pool is great for joints and muscles. Stay here, you will love it!
