Bay Education Center – UT Marine Science Institute
Free museum with interactive displays exploring the ecological role of the area’s estuaries located at 121 Seabreeze Dr, Rockport, TX 78382. The Estuary Exhibit Hall is now open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm with “Science on a Sphere” presentations on the hour.

Texas Maritime Museum
Discover Texas state’s rich maritime history, from the early days of exploration and settlement by the Spanish and French to the modern search for oil.
At the state’s official maritime museum, explore the long and varied story along the more than 300 miles of Texas coast. See a large collection of antique outboard motors, a fishing exhibit, and original watercolors of Texas lighthouses by artist Harold Phenix.

Fulton Mansion State Historic Site
Rising above the Aransas Bay and surrounded by stately live oaks, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site is located in the resort area of Rockport-Fulton. The house must have appeared incredible in 1877, as it does today, with its mansard roof and ornate trim. Interior gas lighting, flush-toilets, and other refinements were progressive and luxurious elements for this part of Texas history.

Goose Island Park
Located north of the city of Rockport on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. The park covers 321.4 acres (130 ha). Goose Island offers camping, fishing and birding along St. Charles and Aransas bays, north of Corpus Christi.

Rockport Little Theatre
Rockport Little Theatre & Event Centre focuses on live performing arts at 99 N Austin Street in downtown Rockport, TX. Rockport Little Theatre is a non-profit that provides fantastic entertainment for the community.

Schoenstatt Shrine
Schoenstatt is a place of pilgrimage dedicated to Mary under the title Mother Thrice Admirable, Queen, and Victress of Schoenstatt. It was founded on October 18, 1914, by Father Joseph Kentenich (1885-1968) in Germany close to the city of Coblence on the Rhine. People from all over the world are drawn to this Marian Shrine.

Rockport Center for the Arts
Rockport Center for the Arts hosts a wide variety of exhibits, special events, education workshops and classes for children and adults, performing arts, sculpture garden and much more. The new facility is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday and admission is free.

Winery on the Bay
Winery on the Bay is a Boutique Winery, they just opened up Doggone Brewery located in Downtown Historic Rockport Texas at the Harbor that produces Juice from around the world into wine.

Fulton Oysterfest
Each year the Fulton Volunteer Fire Department sponsors Oysterfest, a salute to the tasty bi-valve found in our local waters. Oysterfest features carnival rides, games, food, an oyster eating contest, live music, unique vendor booths and most of all – FUN!

Rockport Songwriter Festival
The 1st Annual Rockport Songwriter Festival will be held in the hometown of Guy Clark on November 5&6, 2022. The intimate two day festival will be held at the Charlotte Plummer’s Complex in Fulton, Texas and will feature 4 shows (two each day) on the main tent stage, additional smaller performances in Charlotte’s along with multiple screenings of the Guy Clark documentary “Without Getting Killed or Caught” in the Inn at Fulton Harbor across the street.
